Hi. I'm Charlotte.
I've been working in design for well over a decade. I started out in video production and design, worked in corporate and the music industry, moved into freelance, and built a product-based lifestyle brand on the side that ended up selling internationally. Design has never just been a job for me. It's the thing I kept coming back to, no matter what else was happening.
Lotta Design Co. is the evolution of all of that. A studio that combines serious strategic thinking with the kind of creative work that gets people excited. The stuff that makes a founder tear up when they see their brand come to life for the first time. It happens more often than you'd think. We love it every single time.
I'm also a core team member of TEDxGosport, where I led the branding, and a mentor at Politely Rebellious Next Gen CIC, working with young people to build confidence and creative skills. For me, design has always been about more than how things look. It's about giving people the tools to be taken seriously.
Great design isn't decoration. It's the difference between being overlooked and being sought after.
