Lotta
questions?

Good. Here's everything people usually want to know before we get started. Timelines, money, process, and what working together really feels like.

How long does a brand project take?

A full brand identity usually runs 4 to 8 weeks, depending on scope and scale. Add 3 to 6 weeks for a website on top. We map the timeline together at kick-off so you always know exactly what's next and when.

What does it cost?

Cost really depends on what you're after, so we'll always put together a tailored quote, whether that's one of these packages, a few add-ons, or something fully bespoke. Every project gets a clear scope and fixed price before anything is signed, no surprise invoices, ever. See the packages →

Do you work with startups and new businesses?

Absolutely. A lot of our clients are starting from scratch. We've built brands at every stage, from first idea to scaling up. Getting a clear, confident identity in place early saves a huge amount of pain (and rebranding budget) down the line.

Where are you based?

We're a Portsmouth-based studio, with a hand-picked team across the UK. We work with clients all over the UK and internationally, over video calls, the occasional in-person session.

Do you do logos only?

Honest answer: not usually. A logo without strategy underneath it rarely earns its place. We design identity systems, and the logo is one part of that bigger picture. If a standalone mark is all you need, we'll happily help you. We'll always have a discussion first to see if there's a bigger issue in place, or if that's really all you need.

What if I already have a brand?

Great! We do refreshes, evolutions, and one-off projects too. Website design, packaging, campaigns, illustration. We'll audit what's working, what isn't, and recommend the smallest change that makes the biggest difference. Sometimes that's a full rebrand. Often it isn't.

Who does the work?

Every project is led personally by Charlotte, with specialist creatives like illustrators, photographers, web designers, motion designers and writers, brought in depending on what your project needs. You get the breadth of a full agency without the agency price tag or an endless chain of account managers. Meet the team →

How involved do I need to be?

As involved as you'd like, but you'll always know where things stand. You'll have your own status portal with clear progress updates and a button to book in a call whenever you need one, so your input shapes the work throughout. No disappearing for weeks and reappearing with something off the mark. It's your brand. We just build it with you.

Do you use AI or templates?

No AI-generated logos, no recycled templates, no cut corners. Every project is made by real designers who care about the work, built specifically for you. We use the best tools available to work efficiently, but the creative thinking is always 100% human.

Can I see more work?

Of course. Featured projects live on the work page, we share plenty more on Instagram.

How do we get started?

Get in touch with a bit about your project. Where you are, where you want to be, and what's been holding you back. We'll come back within one working day to set up a discovery call. From there, we'll put together a clear scope and quote, and once you're happy, we get going.
